What is the Flight Attendant Diet? It is a simple Eating Plan I created to help you lose weight with no gym, no kitchen and no moral support. On the plan, there are no diet foods (unless you like them) and you will lose weight while you continue to eat the foods and drink the drinks you love. The goal is to heal your organs so that the organs drop the weight for you. When your organs are healed, your weight will begin to fall off while you sleep. You will lose an average of 5 to 10 pounds a month, but you can accelerate your weight loss through a dozen different simple techniques ranging from walking, stretching, supplements, and a variety of food combinations.

This “Diet” has gone through three phases of testing and is now in the fourth phase… working with 100 volunteers to create custom eating plans based on research about healing and weight loss. If you are interested in being a volunteer, I would ask you for a three-month commitment… but it’s also a three-month commitment I make to you. During this period, I will do my best to help you research your specific medical issues and answer questions you may have when conducting your own medical research and creating your own diet. After three months, you are on your own to continue or quit as you like.
